1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Iaso BioLabs website, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Iaso BioLabs.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access this website, place an order, or use our products in any capacity. Continued use of the site following any posted updates constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Research Use Only (RUO)

All products sold by Iaso BioLabs are strictly intended for in vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or veterinary consumption, clinical use, or any therapeutic application.

By purchasing from Iaso BioLabs, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Products are not intended for, and must not be used for, human or animal consumption under any circumstance.

• These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

• None of the products have been reviewed or approved by the FDA for any use other than research and laboratory purposes.

• You accept full legal and ethical responsibility for the use of these compounds in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Iaso BioLabs is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. All products are sold exclusively for research, laboratory, and analytical purposes.

3. Eligibility & Purchasing

To purchase from Iaso BioLabs, you must meet all of the following criteria. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

• You are a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or representative of a legitimate research institution or laboratory.

• You intend to use the purchased compounds solely for lawful research and laboratory purposes.

• You are located in a jurisdiction where the purchase and possession of research peptides is legal.

• You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer any product to individuals who do not meet these eligibility criteria.

• You have the authority to enter into a legally binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Iaso BioLabs reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion where eligibility cannot be reasonably confirmed.

4. Products & Orders

All product descriptions, specifications, purity data, and Certificates of Analysis available on the Iaso BioLabs website are provided in good faith and reflect the most current available information. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice.

Order Acceptance: Placement of an order does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by Iaso BioLabs via email. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order for any reason.

Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or arrange a full refund.

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and COA data are accurate. Minor variations between batches may occur. All purity data reflects third-party laboratory results for the applicable batch.

Volume Orders: Volume pricing may be available for qualifying research institutions. Contact our support team for applicable pricing and procurement terms prior to placing a bulk order.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are denominated in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout confirmation.

• Payment is processed at the time of order placement via our secure, encrypted checkout system.

• We accept all major credit cards and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout.

• Sales tax may be applied where required by applicable law based on your shipping address.

• All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment processors. Iaso BioLabs does not store full payment card information on our servers.

• In the event of a pricing error, Iaso BioLabs reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Carrier & Method: Standard shipments are dispatched via FedEx 2Day Air. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. Iaso BioLabs is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the United States only. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the receipt and possession of research peptides is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the event of a damaged or lost shipment, contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and the strict handling requirements associated with research compounds, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

• Refunds or replacements may be considered where products arrive damaged, defective, or materially inconsistent with their documented specifications.

• All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt, accompanied by photographic documentation of the issue.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Iaso BioLabs reserves the right to request the return of any product prior to processing a refund or replacement.

We are unable to process returns or refunds based on ordering errors or changes in research direction. Please review all product specifications and COA data carefully prior to placing your order.

8. Storage & Handling

Proper storage and handling of research peptides is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Failure to store compounds under recommended conditions may compromise compound integrity and is outside the control of Iaso BioLabs.

Lyophilized (Pre-Reconstitution): Store in a cool, dry environment away from direct light and moisture. For extended storage, freezing at −20°C is recommended.

After Reconstitution: Keep refrigerated at 2–8°C immediately following reconstitution. Do not freeze reconstituted solution. Use within the timeframe specified on the product COA. Avoid repeated temperature fluctuations.

Sterile Handling: All compounds should be handled using sterile technique to prevent contamination. Iaso BioLabs accepts no liability for compound degradation resulting from improper handling procedures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iaso BioLabs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, handling, storage, or use of any product sold on this site.

This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from misuse of research compounds, failure to follow storage and handling guidelines, use of products for purposes other than laboratory research, or reliance on any information contained on this website. You expressly agree that your use of our products is at your sole risk.

In no event shall Iaso BioLabs's total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Iaso BioLabs website — including text, product descriptions, imagery, logos, branding, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Iaso BioLabs and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.

• The Iaso BioLabs name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks and may not be used without prior written authorization.

• Certificates of Analysis and product documentation may not be altered, redistributed, or used to misrepresent any product.

11. Privacy & Data

Iaso BioLabs is committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected through this website is used solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order and communicating with you regarding your account or purchases.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Iaso BioLabs is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that state.

13. Changes to Terms

Iaso BioLabs reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website or placement of orders following any posted updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
